This policy describes how Gayo Aviation & Tourism processes your personal data when you use privatflyg.nu and when you request a quote.

The data controller is Gayo Aviation & Tourism, Malmöhusvägen 1, 211 18 Malmö.

When you fill in the quote form, we process the information you provide: departure location, destination, date, number of passengers, name, email address and phone number.

We do not collect sensitive personal data through the website, and we ask that you do not include such information in any free-text fields.

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and complete any booking you make. The legal basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, as well as our legitimate interest in being able to respond to incoming enquiries.

If you become a customer, your data is also processed to fulfil the contract and to meet the requirements of accounting and aviation legislation.

Your data may be shared with the operators and partners required to carry out the flight, as well as with our email, web hosting and IT service providers, who process the data on our behalf.

We never sell your data to third parties.

Quote requests that do not result in a booking are deleted no later than twelve months after your last contact with us. Data linked to a completed booking is retained for as long as required by law.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased or processing restricted in certain circumstances, and to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.
